Due to an unusually high incoming demand for special order processing, we are currently limiting our service on all special order requests to those with a minimum purchase amount of $250. Special order items are only available when these items are available for direct shipment from the original equiment manufacturer.

At this time, Woody's Auto Supply is not shipping spray paint, chemicals, liquid products, or any other item deemed potentially hazardous in shipment. These items, although they might be shippable with ORM-D shipping restrictions, can not be shipped directly, due to administrative restrictions, from any of our warehouse locations. In some special cases, ORM-D shipments can be processed by direct shipment with the manufacturer or they can be delivered by LTL truck freight shipment. As a reminder, minimum order restrictions of $250 apply to ORM-D shipments as noted above.

LTL Truck freight shipments start at a rate of $180. This high delivery cost limits our ability to serve small order requests at an economical advantage to our customers. We find that customers need to consider minimum purchase amounts as high as $500 in order to justify this high LTL truck freight expense.
